Opportunity Description
Overview
The Senior Account Manager BFSI will manage strategic client relationships within the banking financial services and insurance sector, drive business growth through upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires a strong understanding of BFSI client challenges, IT/digital solutions (cloud, security, outsourcing), and the ability to operate at senior stakeholder levels.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Serve as main point of contact for designated BFSI accounts: build, maintain and deepen strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders in banks, insurance companies, fintechs, and other financial institutions.
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with annual targets, client goals, and CNSs solution portfolio.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities (upselling, cross-selling) within existing accounts and pursue new accounts in the BFSI vertical.
