The Senior Account Manager plays an important role in protecting Oracle NetSuite’s customer base, driving recurring revenue, and identifying new growth opportunities within existing accounts. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, customer focus, sales discipline, and the ability to manage multiple commercial conversations at pace.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage a portfolio of existing NetSuite customers across the Hong Kong market.
  • Own the full renewal and upsell sales cycle, from account planning and customer engagement through negotiation and close.
