Opportunity Description
The Senior Account Manager is a key driver of Crate & Barrel’s B2B growth and operational excellence, leading day-to-day execution, optimizing processes, managing vendor and cross-functional relationships, and ensuring a seamless client experience across product, gifting, trade, and fulfillment. Partnering closely with the Director, this role enforces process discipline, supports consistent implementation of business sales strategies, and drives continuous improvement across systems, tools, and workflows, while serving as a central connector across merchandising, stores, marketing, supply chain, customer care, and technology to deliver scalable, reliable B2B operations.
