Account Manager – Commercial Asset & Services Vendor Management

We are seeking an Account Manager to manage all aspects of supplier relationships for critical repair suppliers, ensuring uninterrupted parts flow for strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships and robust business processes with critical repair suppliers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure KPI attainment (rates, TAT, delivery, volume, capacity, quality).
  • Lead critical topics and senior escalations, identify strategic risks, and drive risk mitigation.
  • Develop business strategies and innovations to support continuous improvement.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers in partnership with the Strategic Sourcing team.
  • Manage and resolve issues impacting parts flow.
  • Collaborate with Aftermarket, MRO engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and other departments to close action items and meet organizational objectives....
