Account Manager – Commercial Asset & Services Vendor Management
We are seeking an Account Manager to manage all aspects of supplier relationships for critical repair suppliers, ensuring uninterrupted parts flow for strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships and robust business processes with critical repair suppliers.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure KPI attainment (rates, TAT, delivery, volume, capacity, quality).
- Lead critical topics and senior escalations, identify strategic risks, and drive risk mitigation.
- Develop business strategies and innovations to support continuous improvement.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers in partnership with the Strategic Sourcing team.
- Manage and resolve issues impacting parts flow.
- Collaborate with Aftermarket, MRO engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and other departments to close action items and meet organizational objectives....
