Senior Accountant

Our client is currently hiring for the position of Senior Accountant.

Responsibilities:

. Maintain and oversee General Ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.

. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

. Review journal entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

. Monitor budget performance and conduct variance analysis.

. Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.

. Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.

. Ensure compliance with IFRS, accounting regulations, and company policies.

. Maintain strong internal controls and support risk management initiatives.
