Opportunity Description
Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00AM - 3:00PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Work Arrangement (once a month onsite)
Office: One Ayala, Makati City
What you’ll be doing:
- Processing weekly and monthly payrolls for all PRG staff
- Processing weekly invoices for all PRG Clients in Xero
- Payroll Reconciliations to Invoices and time billed
- Data entry of payroll information
- Timesheet billing and management
- Receivables processing
- Handle employee payroll related queries and respond to payroll enquiries
- Processing of invoices (Sales/Purchases) to accounting software (i.e. Xero)
- Bank Reconciliations and Credit Card Management
- Wages and Super Payable Reconciliation
- BAS preparation and reconciliation
- Payroll Tax Reconciliation and split
- Month end processes and P&L Reporting
