Senior Accountant

OSITION PURPOSE:

Seeking a highly motivated and self-starter Senior Accountant to join our Finance Team in Chicago, close to Midway Airport. The applicant will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data, preparation of monthly financial statements and benefits administration. The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, have strong organizational and communication skills, possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and works well in a team environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

• Prepares monthly Journal Entries.
• Maintains Fixed Asset Ledger.
• Assist in the completion of Month End and Year End Close.
• Complete Account Reconciliations.
• Participate in the annual audit.
• Coordinate monthly rent payments.
• Administer daily banking activity.
• ACH and Wire Transfers for vendors and customers....
