This individual will play a key role in fixed asset and capital accounting, partnering closely with project managers and finance teams to track projects, analyze spend, and ensure accurate capitalization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage fixed asset accounting, including tracking additions, disposals, and depreciation
Partner with project managers to track capital projects, budgets, and spend activity
Review and analyze incoming invoices to ensure proper capitalization vs. expense treatment
Maintain visibility into project status and provide financial updates as needed
Support month-end close (journal entries, reconciliations, reporting)
