Senior Accountant - Swellendam

BVSA Accountants & Financial Services is looking for a dynamic and qualified SAIPA Professional Accountant or AGA to strengthen our Swellendam team.

Requirements

• Qualified SAIPA or SAICA member (or in the final stage of registration)
• Extensive practical experience in an accounting practice
• Minimum 5 years’ post-articles experience.
• Sound technical tax and accounting knowledge
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Responsibilities

• Monthly and annual accounting processing and review
• Preparation and review of financial statements
• Handling of tax matters
• Client advisory and professional support
