Senior Accountant

Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing team in California. This role is ideal for an accounting specialist who can manage core financial activities, support accurate reporting, and contribute to process improvements across the organization. The position offers the opportunity to work across several accounting areas while partnering with internal teams to maintain strong financial controls and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee fixed asset accounting by maintaining subledger records, recording additions, calculating depreciation, and processing retirements in line with company policy and accounting standards.
• Prepare borrowing base schedules and perform supporting reconciliations to ensure complete, accurate, and timely reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage prepaid expense activity by recording, tracking, and amortizing balances each month in the appropriate accounting periods.
