Senior Accounting ManagerReporting to the Director, Financial Reporting & Planning, the Sr Manager, Accounting will play a pivotal role in overseeing the accounting operations for the Foundation.
Pay RangeBase pay range: CA$90,000.00/yr - CA$105,000.00/yr
Job OverviewAs the Sr Manager, Accounting you will lead the full end-to-end accounting cycle, including cash management, accounts payable, deferred accounts, month-end and year-end close, and regulatory filings such as the T3010 Registered Charity Information Return and AGCO lottery reporting. You will serve as primary contact for external audits and prepare GAAP financial statements.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily accounting operations, including cash management, accounts payable, deferred accounts, general ledger, and month-end close.
Prepare monthly event accounting financial statements within a prescribed ten-day business close.
