Senior Accounting Specialist

Role Overview

The Consultant / Senior Consultant – Accounting & Compliance will support Avyanco’s UAE operations from the Ahmedabad back office by executing accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax compliance work for UAE-based clients. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals and the ability to work on IFRS-based financials and UAE tax frameworks. While Indian tax filings are not part of the role, working knowledge of Indian GST and Income Tax is expected as a core professional competency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts for UAE entities in accordance with IFRS.
• Perform bank, VAT, receivable, payable, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Preparation and Reviewing of MIS reports.
• Prepare and support UAE VAT returns, including reconciliations and supporting schedules.
