About the job Senior Actuarial Pricing Analyst Qualified or nearly qualified actuary with at least 5 years actuarial work experience. Experience with retail insurance pricing or product development. Expertise in experience analysis and long term cashflow modelling. Advanced Excel and Word, Visual Basic, and Power Point. Coding skills would be advantageous: VBA, R, Python or SQL. Strong collaboration and project management skills.
Responsibilities: Pricing and product development for all Retail, Funeral, and Credit Life business. Analyse recent client experience to form a view on the pricing approach Determine appropriate pricing bases and perform pricing projections and calculations in Axis. Conduct reasonability checks and reconciliations. Perform technical and overall peer review on quotes and tenders.
