Opportunity Description
Overview: A Senior Admin/Finance professional supports the organisations administrative and financial operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily administrative functions and office operations Manage financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking Prepare financial reports and assist with audits Maintain records, databases, and filing systems Support payroll processing and supplier payments Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders Supervise junior administrative staff (if applicable) Requirements: Proven experience in administration and finance roles Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality
