**Justification:**
As a member of the Hospice team, the administrative assistant will support the mission of Hospice.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Answering multi-line phones, sending calls to field staff, greeting guests to our office, sorting mail, maintaining incoming faxes, chart audits, ordering office supplies, data entry and use of computer software.
+ The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a changing environment, ability to work efficiently, and strong time management skills.
**Requirements:**
+ High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred but not required.
+ Minimum of 3 years secretarial experience. Strong customer service, computer skills, ability to work as a part of a team, flexible and adaptable to change.
