Senior Adult Sexuality Educator

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Adult Sexuality Educator is responsible for facilitating educational sexual and reproductive health workshops for English and Spanish speaking adults of all ages and scheduling and providing professional presentations with local partners as well as supporting the operation of program activities. Connects community members to Planned Parenthood of Greater New York’s brick and mortar as well as mobile health centers via appointment making and makes general referrals for other needs as appropriate. Builds and maintains relationships with community leaders and partner organizations. Assists in scheduling and confirming workshops, community outreach and supports supervisor in meeting program goals. Collects input from community residents to assure community involvement in program decision making and direction of outreach and education.
