About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, Client Service Delivery, you will provide technical, operational and analytical advice and support on key work programmes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the development of high-quality strategic advice and analysis
- Analyse, review and recommend options for the planning and implementation of the delivery of services
- Analyse and interpret operational and statistical information, forecasts and formulate strategies to ensure employment resources are effectively maximised
- Provide risk advice and support, identifying issues that may impact work programmes and delivery
- Provide advice and support on projects to improve end‑to‑end client service delivery
- Work with the team to deliver quality work to tight deadlines
- Work with key internal and external stakeholders on development of operational changes and investment
