Blue Bean Software is seeking a Senior Commercial Agri Sales Professional to lead the market rollout of the Pollination Assurance platform in South Africa. You will own the full commercial cycle from prospecting to closing deals, focusing 70% of your efforts on acquiring and expanding commercial growers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B sales experience in agriculture, a strong CRM discipline, and a drive to build new relationships and secure pilot programs. The position offers a contract engagement for 12 months with a base compensation of R55,000–R60,000 per month plus uncapped commission.
