Senior AI Creative Designer (Valencia)

About the Role

• Own and elevate creative execution for high‑visibility digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Design and deliver best‑in‑class video and static assets, from key visuals and motion pieces to thumbnails, end screens, hero assets& organic and paid media assets.
• Focus on producing assets with AI tools, defining workflows that accelerate ideation, production, localisation, and iteration at scale.
• Leveraging AI platforms to produce 100% of assets in creative production for paid & organic media, hero assets, landing page assets, editing and other ad‑hoc requests.
• Prototype, pitch, and validate new creative formats using insights from performance data, platform trends, and audience behaviour.
• Set creative and technical standards for AI‑assisted design and video production, documenting best practices and workflows.
