About the Role
How can agencies involved in the drafting and processing of technical specifications integrate modern AI into working practices? LLMs have a remarkable capacity for probabilistic inference, but logical inference is only supported to the extent that it is implicit in training data. Our work focuses on hybrid complementary systems that address this shortcoming. The role involves two key areas: (a) developing novel algorithms that mitigate LLM shortcomings, and (b) optimizing on‑premises hardware processing with a focus on cost reduction.
You will develop novel mathematical models and algorithms, use AI tools in applied research, independently corroborate and validate results, and create software programs that demonstrate new theories and validate hypotheses.
