Senior Analyst, Financial Crime Advisory

Job Summary

PPUK seeks an experienced financial crime risk and advisory specialist to support the MLRO and Financial Crime Compliance function in overseeing and enhancing the firm's financial crime framework. The role leads key initiatives, provides advisory support, and undertakes quality assurance of controls. The candidate will assess financial crime risks across customers, products and the entity, translate regulatory requirements into policy, and drive improvements in controls, procedures and governance.

Essential Experience

• Drafting and implementing financial crime policies
• Providing advisory support to first line teams on higher‑risk customers, products and new initiatives
• Conducting risk assessments at customer, product and entity level
