Senior Analyst – HR Systems (6-month contract, downtown Calgary, hybrid model) Earn $80–$90 per hour. The role supports migration of a learning system from Saba to SAP SuccessFactors, requires leading LMS migrations and data mapping, and facilitates communication between business and technical teams. Downtown Calgary, Alberta – Monday to Friday, full-time hours. 6-month contract with high chance of extension. Responsibilities

Investigate current Saba LMS data and courses. Consult stakeholders to understand usage and future requirements. Plan migration, including data mapping and decisions on content to migrate, archive, or delete. Document requirements, process flows, and data mapping.
