What is the Opportunity?

The Technology Infrastructure team is undertaking multiple enterprise-wide initiatives in support of RBC's ambitious objectives to strengthen operational excellence, technology management, and cyber/risk capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor controls and issues across Technology End of Life and seek opportunities for optimization and improvements.
• Participate in control testing and validation activities, document findings, and support resolution of identified issues.
• Report on the progress of remediation actions and process improvement initiatives to stakeholders.
• Work in partnership with the IT Asset Management function to ensure effective monitoring of technology lifecycle management.
• Assist in designing and implementing new controls and processes to meet enterprise and regulatory requirements.
