Senior Animator, 2D (Vancouver)

Overview

WildBrain Studios is looking for a Senior Animator, 2D to join our team! Reporting to the Producer, you will develop 2D expression sheets and 2D animation tests for CG characters to validate their designs before 3-D assets are built. These assignments will be the first tests to explore character and animation style for the show. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving and using creativity to lay the foundation for character design and performance.

Location

Hybrid/Flexible, Vancouver (remote options across BC, Canada, and worldwide).

• Consistently complete complex and advanced assigned tasks on time with high attention to detail and minimal oversight.
• Understand the form in 3D and apply that knowledge to 2D work.
