Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high availability of payment systems across multiple datacenters
• Troubleshoot applications using APM tools like Dynatrace
• Maintain performance analysis reports and dashboards
• Propose solutions for improved system availability
• Identify areas for self-remediation and automation
