Opportunity Description
- Lead the review and implementation of architectural designs, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure design integration and resolve technical conflicts.
- Monitor on-site architectural works to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to design intent.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and authority requirements.
- Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining design integrity and project objectives.
- Provide technical guidance to the architectural team and support performance and quality improvements.
- Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of design-related issues.
