Senior Architect - Real Estate Developer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are hiring Architect Jobs in Dubai for one of our top clients, a growing Real Estate Developer .

In this role, you will work client-side to lead architectural design and project delivery from concept to completion. You will oversee external consultants, check drawings, handle authority approvals, and inspect site progress.

• Create initial design concepts and 3D layouts for new property developments.

• Make sure designs fit the project budget and maximize land use.

• Prepare design presentation packages for company stakeholders.
