Senior Architect - Trade Surveillance platform - Q/KDB

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead the technical strategy and transformation of our Trade Surveillance platform. This is a high-impact role partnering with Enterprise Architecture, Compliance, Quant, and Engineering teams to build the next-generation surveillance ecosystem.

Role Overview

You will drive the multi-year modernization roadmap, transitioning from a Q/KDB-based stack to a cloud-native Python/PySpark architecture, while ensuring scalability, regulatory compliance, and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Strategy

- Define and evolve the trade surveillance technology roadmap
- Own end-to-end architecture:
- Scenario development
- Alert generation
- Case management & investigator tooling
- Establish architecture standards, patterns, and engineering guardrails
