Senior Assertive Outreach RMN – Community Care

CNWL is looking for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join the Assertive Outreach pathway. This role focuses on supporting adults with severe mental illness, engaging them effectively to stabilize care and prevent crises.
