Role & Responsibilities Front desk duty: - Handle incoming calls, check voicemails, and relay messages to caseworkers. Financial & Donation Processing: - Manage and process STSPMF applications and donation-related matters. Service Coordination: - Arrange and oversee scheduled services such as pest control and air conditioning maintenance. General Administrative Support: - Undertake any other duties assigned by Head of Centre, or Supervisor.
