This position is responsible for the strategic planning and development of facilities in support of the workspace (research and office) needs.
Central to it is to formulate a building infrastructure master plan to co-develop a workplace which is financially and environmentally sustainable.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Analysis of Space Demands: Develop long-term space plans and utilization strategies for portfolio of A*STAR’s space, considering factors such as research needs, future growth projections.
Master Plan Development & Management: Development of master plans to meet future space demands, with consideration to regulatory requirements (e.g. URA zoning), transport accessibility, amenities, clustering of research, innovat...
