Responsibilities

We are seeking an agile and analytically-minded HR professional to join our fast-paced team in a multifaceted role that encompasses a range of responsibilities. In this role, you will be involved in the preparation and analysis of manpower data and reports. You will compile essential information for submission to statutory boards, relevant agencies, and internal stakeholders. Your strong analytical and numerical skills will support the preparation of manpower statistics to facilitate decision-making processes across the organisation. You will also coordinate employee engagement initiatives, collating departmental action plans, and supporting the Centre's overall engagement strategy.
