Senior/ Assistant Manager, Service and Operations (Transformation & Data Strategy)

You will be responsible for the following
: Coordinate and implement service transformation initiatives and programmes across clinics and care settings. Work with clinics, internal stakeholders, and community partners to support programme rollout, coordination, and engagement. Develop and operationalise workflows, SOPs, and service models to support effective implementation and adoption. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor clinic performance and key performance indicators. Perform data extraction, validation, and analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs. Translate business requirements into clear data definitions, metrics, and reporting solutions. Analyse data and generate insights to support operational decision-making and performance improvement. Prepare reports and presentation materials for management on key initiatives and performance indicators.
