Job Responsibilities Programme & Activities
- Plan, coordinate, conduct and deliver centre-based programmes and activities for seniors
- Coordinate support services and organise activities to promote active ageing
- Participate in community outreach initiatives such as door-knocking
- Recruit seniors and promote AAC programmes within designated residential blocks
- Support partnership-building efforts and participate in networking sessions with community stakeholders
- Engage, coordinate, and manage volunteers for centre programmes and befriending initiatives
- Engage seniors regularly, monitor participation, and identify needs
- Prepare engagement reports and support follow-up actions to address seniors’ needs
