Senior Associate - Bench Maintenance

Delivery of existing and upcoming projects : 1. Maintenance of Test Benches & Fixtures Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of functional test benches, and assembly fixtures. Troubleshoot issues in PCBA test systems, wiring harnesses, connectors, relays, SMPS, and embedded controllers. Ensure minimum downtime in testing stations. 2. Support to Production & Testing 3. Calibration & Validation Calibrate and validate electronic test benches, measuring instruments, and fixtures. Ensure compliance with ISO / customer-specific quality standards. Maintain traceability of calibration records and audit readiness. 4. Fixture Development & Improvement Assist in design and modification of functional test jigs, Work with design/R&D teams for DFT (Design for Testability) improvements.
