Opportunity Description
Job Purpose: To support People Development and engagement initiatives for Group & Regional CBWMO. Key Responsibilities: Governance of mandatory e-learnings Monitoring of completion progress (monthly/bi-weekly/weekly) on mandatory e-learnings (enhanced SLRs OMT etc.) Strong collaboration with product owners to track progress and provide timely completion reports (i.e. New Hires, RDU, Refresher)
Drive and lead the curation of learning programs: End-to-end planning of (bi-monthly) Philomath & yearly Philomath quiz to uplift employee's personal growth and development, including video curation End-to-end planning of (quarterly) Knowledge Nibbles sessions on functional topics to cross-share across 7 locations to improve knowledge, including logistics & venue setup etc.
