Senior Associate, Disputes / Corporate

The Role

Our client is a reputable mid-sized local law firm who is looking for a 3-7PQE lawyer to join their team. The team handles an even spread of commercial disputes and transactional work spanning corporate finance, technology and regulatory matters, including M&A, employment, AI, FinTech, blockchain and digital assets, as well as data privacy, IP etc.

This is an excellent opportunity for disputes lawyers who are eager to gain exposure to non-contentious work with a strong and stable team.

Requirements:

• LLB from a recognized University, with strong academic background.
• Qualification to the Singapore Bar
• 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in related areas
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
