A leading New Zealand law firm is seeking a 4 to 6 PQE Construction Disputes lawyer to join its expanding practice.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for lawyers currently overseas who are considering a return home and are seeking career progression, exposure to nationally significant projects and high‑quality construction disputes work.

The practice

The team advises clients across complex disputes and advisory matters arising from major construction and infrastructure developments, often with international elements.

The role

You will be involved in:

• Construction and infrastructure disputes, including adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings
• Strategic advice on dispute avoidance and risk mitigation during live projects
