Senior Associate, Group Investments

ESR is seeking a driven and analytical
Associate / Senior Associate
with minimum 4 years of investment experience to join the Group Strategy & Investments Team. Reporting to the Head of Investments, the candidate will independently evaluate real estate investment opportunities, conduct in-depth financial modelling, and prepare high-quality investment papers as well as ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision making by ESR senior management.
The candidate will also work with key stakeholders across the broader business, including assisting the Head of Strategy & M&A with Mergers & Acquisitions opportunities and the in-country investment teams on key projects. Key Responsibilities
