Ares Management is seeking a Human Resources Senior Associate to join the Talent Management team (within the Human Resources function) on a 12-month fixed term basis as a maternity leave cover. The Senior Associate will be responsible for providing key support for HR tasks and ownership of a number of processes across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, driven, process and detail-oriented, flexible with an ability to learn and adapt quickly and must be organized with a strong sense of client service. The role will continuously evolve as the organisation grows, and the HR team enhances current processes and procedures. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has already gained experience in a junior HR role and is eager to continue their development within a close-knit HR team.
