**Job Responsibilities**
+ Contributes to meeting EHS TRIR metrics by participating in risk analysis reviews and conducting root‑cause analysis for incidents and accidents.
+ Supports Quality metrics such as FPY and Scrap by performing process audits on production lines, developing PFMEA, creating robust documentation, and participating in DIVE sessions for problem analysis.
+ Creates and updates process method sheets and communicates changes to the Operations team.
