Role Purpose

Provide support to the Site Lead in overall management and ensuring seamless operation and support to customers. Deliver time-critical system support to business users, maximize system availability, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to automation and process improvements. Serve on the 24x7 shift and provide critical incident response.

Principal Accountabilities

Security and Compliance / Business Integrity

• Adhere to procedures, guidelines, and SGS security policies.
• Maintain system integrity and documentation for compliance, security, and audit.
• Ensure partner staff comply with SGS policies and standards.

Day to Day Support

• Provide management support and coverage to the site in collaboration with Associate Manager/Site Lead Manager and shift leads.
