About the role

Our global full-service intellectual property (IP) practice offers a one-of-a-kind solution for clients, providing IP services in Asia, Australia, United Kingdom, Europe, and North America. 

We are currently seeking a senior associate to join our Melbourne IP team. 

This dynamic, collaborative and busy practice will give you the opportunity to get involved with interesting matters across all aspects of Intellectual Property.  Working with leading IP practitioners, you will assist Australian and international clients in advising and prosecuting intellectual property rights as well as litigating matters involving trademarks, designs, patents, copyright and trade secrets.  You will also have access to and work regularly with intellectual property lawyers in our overseas offices.
