About the Role:
As our Senior Associate / Lead, you will be the heartbeat of our corporate partnerships for our Employee volunteering programme, nurturing deep-rooted relationships built on trust and mutual success. You’ll collaborate directly with corporate stakeholders to ensure our services resonate with their teams, identifying creative opportunities to boost employee morale and strengthen organisational ties.
Primary responsibilities:Strategic Partnership & Retention: Own the full lifecycle of corporate relationships, ensuring year-round engagement and long-term loyalty through proactive account management.
