Opportunity Description
As a Senior Associate, LS1 Engineering, you will be primarily responsible for performing specialized technical tasks and research to optimize machine performance.
In this role, a typical day will include:- To oversee manufacturing processes and drive process and OEE improvement activities, through daily monitoring and long-term projects.
- Deliver timely technical support during major operational downtime events to support a 24/7 manufacturing operations.
- Manage documentation and compliance activities, including Change Requests, non-conformances, CAPEX, and procedure updates related to parts and equipment.
- Provide technical support for equipment commissioning, optimization, and qualification/validation processes, including change management.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for critical equipment and processes, including audit support.
