Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedteam member to join our Operations team, with a primary focus oninvestor-related matters and supporting the sales function. The role willinvolve day-to-day investor servicing, data management, reporting, andcoordination across various stakeholders and platforms to ensure servicedelivery is maintained at a highest quality. The successful candidate will collaborateclosely with internal business units and external service providers to ensuretimely and accurate investor support. Key Responsibilities Proactively manage and follow through on investor issues and service requests to ensure effective resolution. Main point of contact responsible for coordinating and supporting the completion of investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and operational due diligence(ODD) requests.
