Senior Payroll Associate – UK Payroll Operate

We are currently looking for Senior Payroll Associates to join our growing UK Payroll Operate in either Newcastle Upon Tyne, Manchester or Belfast.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for successful payroll implementation or delivery of payroll services for new and existing clients.

Your key responsibilities

• Process payroll data accurately and on time, including new joiners, leavers, statutory payments, and compliance with regulations.
• Review payrolls and client communications prepared by Associates to ensure complete accuracy and quality.
• Monitor the client mailbox and respond promptly to payroll-related queries.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to junior Associates and clients.
• Handle engagement financials, including billing, reconciliation, and revenue tracking.
