Role Overview

Integrated into the Proserv Spanish department and supervised by a Proserv Team Manager, the primary responsibility of the Proserv PY/PT Consultant is to support our outsourced SAP customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities.
• Manage simple/medium complexity tickets after receiving functional analysis and guidance on the technical implementation.
• Generate easy‑to‑maintain, bug‑free code and customization in accordance with Strada best practices.
• Operate required system tests using provided or self‑generated test data to ensure applications meet specifications.
• Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled.
