Senior Associate Scientist - Discovery Research, Regeneron Cell Medicines

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative **Senior Associate Scientist** to join our discovery research team at Regeneron Cell Medicines. You will be performing immunological functional assays for analyzing genetically engineered human primary T cells (CAR-T or TCR T cells) from both early discovery programs as well as late-stage development programs' nonclinical studies that support regulatory submissions. **As a Senior Associate Scientist, a typical day might include:**

+ Contributing to preclinical research and development of CAR/TCR T cell therapies in solid tumor indications
+ Characterizing genetically modified primary human T cells via immunophenotyping using multi-color flow cytometry and molecular assays (PCR, library preps for NGS, RNA-Seq)
