Senior Associate, Site Affairs and Business Operations

**ROLE SUMMARY**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Site Affairs and Business Operations in Vaccines, you will help advance colleague engagement and trust while supporting key site initiatives that strengthen business performance and elevate Pearl River's external reputation. This role partners closely with site leadership, operations, communications, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences and well-executed programs that reinforce Pearl River as a premier research and workplace destination.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**

Partner with colleagues across Vaccines Operations on shared goals and deliverables involving:

**Site Affairs**

+ Support Pearl River Site Affairs projects and activities, including planning meetings and events for the Vaccines Leadership Team and Pearl River Site Leadership Team (e.g., All-Hands Meetings, VIP site visits, Science Summit, colleague engagement events, onboarding new hires and interns)
